Pass Your Orange

Belgium, Mons - 2023

It is an honour to be a Gille in the carnival, this mural captures the passing of tradition to the youth. Inspired by one of many traditions that are in mons and Belgium called carnival de Jemappes, a festival where people “Gilles” dress up in grand costumes and take to the street to pass oranges to the public.
